Gippsland produces some of the best beef in Australia and we are fortunate to be able to purchase and process this local beef. Our buyers attend local cattle sales between Bairnsdale and Pakenham, selecting cattle that meet our specific requirements. Our beef is carefully aged on site so you get the best quality.

We carry a wide range of Australian pork products, sourced through Tibaldi fresh pork in Melbourne, while our quality lambs are purchased from all around the Gippsland region.

Our fresh chicken is delivered from Melbourne three times per week. We carry a large selection of fresh cuts and whole birds, including free range.

Try our tasty sausages made fresh every week. We have our popular classic, the "Luckie" bbq sausage. Made with a special blend we have used since 1994, they have a delicious, mild flavour and kids just love them. Bulk packs available for that big bbq!

This is where we prepare for you!! We make fresh in our store, an extensive range of products that tastes so much better than the mass produced kind.

We hand crumb all our schnitzels and use real butter and garlic in our juicy chicken kievs. Our famous 'Chicken Mississippi', made with tasty cheese, champagne ham and topped with plum sauce, is a certified hit with the local teenage population!
