At Lucke’s Fresh Food Market, our in-house smokehouse allows us to produce a premium range of traditional smoked products using quality ingredients, authentic recipes, and time-honoured smoking methods.

Award-winning master butcher Chris Naylor — formerly of Naylor Bros Butchers, Lakes Entrance — and his smokehouses have joined the Lucke’s team, bringing decades of experience and craftsmanship. 

All of our smoked products are carefully prepared and smoked on-site to create rich flavour, excellent texture, and the authentic taste that only comes from proper slow smoking. From smoked hams and bacon to specialty smallgoods, our smokehouse range has quickly become a favourite with locals throughout East Gippsland and with tourists passing through.

Using premium cuts, trusted recipes, and attention to detail, our team takes great pride in producing smoked products that stand out for freshness, flavour, and quality.
