Meat
Gippsland produces some of the finest beef in Australia, and we’re fortunate to source and process local beef right here in our region. Our buyers attend local cattle sales in Bairnsdale and hand-select cattle from local farms. All beef is carefully aged on-site to ensure exceptional flavour and quality.
We carry a wide range of Australian pork products sourced through Tibaldi Fresh Pork in Melbourne, while our quality lamb is sourced from across the Gippsland region.
Fresh chicken is delivered from Melbourne three times each week. We stock a large range of fresh cuts and whole birds, including free-range options.
Sausages
Try our delicious sausages, made fresh every week. Our most popular variety is the classic “Luckies” BBQ sausage — made using a special blend we’ve proudly used since 1994. With its mild flavour and quality ingredients, it’s a favourite with both kids and adults alike. Bulk packs are available for your next BBQ or event.

Smokehouse
At Lucke’s Fresh Food Market, our in-house smokehouse allows us to produce a range of premium smoked products using traditional methods and quality ingredients.
We carefully prepare and smoke our products on-site to create rich flavour, excellent texture, and the authentic taste that only comes from proper slow smoking. From smoked hams and bacon to specialty smallgoods, our smokehouse products have become favourites with locals throughout East Gippsland.
Using trusted recipes, quality cuts, and attention to detail, our team takes pride in producing smoked products that stand out for freshness and flavour.
Specialty Products
This is where we really shine. We prepare an extensive range of fresh, ready-to-cook products in-store — and they taste far better than the mass-produced alternatives.
We hand-crumb all our schnitzels and use real butter and garlic in our juicy Chicken Kievs. Our famous “Chicken Mississippi,” made with tasty cheese, champagne ham, and topped with plum sauce, has become a local favourite.
Offal
We stock a wide range of offal products, including kidneys, oxtail, lamb’s fry, and more — plus fresh bones of all descriptions.
